1. d4 Nf6 2. Nf3 e6 3. e3 b6 4. Bd3 Bb7 5. O-O Be7 6. c4 O-O 7. Nc3 I was "out of book" already and simply made natural moves. 7... d5 8. cxd5 exd5 10 I also examined 8... Nxd5 but didn't like the position after 9. e4 Nxc3 10. bxc3 c5 11. Be3 cxd4 12. cxd4 Nd7 13. Qe2 Rc8 14. Rac1 9. Qc2 9. b3 Nbd7 10. Bb2 is the main line 9... Nbd7 10. b3 1:55 10... Re8 1:40 11. Bb2 Rc8 5 12. Nb5? c6 10 13. Nc3 After I played 12...c6 I could see that my opponent missed 13. Nxa7?! Rc7 followed by 14... Bd6 13... Ngxe4 fxe4 22. Be2 Qh4 23. Kh2 Nf5 24. Bg4 Qg3+ 25. Kh1 Ba6 I felt very comfortable in this position. I could see that my opponent, who played pretty fast and confident in the beginning, began "sinking" into the position. During the game I thought that I'm already better here. At least Black has the initiative. 26. Rg1 This is probably one of the key positions in the game. But what to do for Black now? 26... Rc7 10 27. Bxf5 gxf5 28. Ne2 Bxe2 5 28... Qh4 might be better. I missed 29. Kh2 Re6! 30. g3 Qh5 followed by Rh6 29. Rxe2 Re6 30. Qe1 0:31 30... Qxe1 0:18 31. Rgxe1 Rg6 32. Kh2 h5 33. Rc1 Kf7 34. Rec2 Bf8 35. Bc3 a5 36. a4 Ke8 37. Be1 Kd7 38. Bh4 Ba3 39. Rd1 Rc8 40. Rg1 0:05 40... Rcg8 0:07 I was still satisfied with the position and thought that Black can play for a win. My idea was a breakthrough with c6-c5 41. Bg5 c5 5 42. Ra1 Bb4 43. Rac1 Rc6 44. g4 fxg4? Criticised by Rybka These are computer lines. I only examined exchanging twice on g4. 44... hxg4 45. hxg4 Rgc8! 46. gxf5 (46. dxc5 Rxc5 47. Rxc5 Bxc5 48. Rc3 Ke6 49.
